Adding Value explores the ingenuity and creativity of farm families across North Dakota as they find new ways to increase their income through on-farm processing endeavors that use existing agriculture projects. The program focuses on eight operations, including a wine vineyard near Buffalo, a winery in Casselton, an entrepreneur in Stanley who manufactures air fresheners for Tractor Cabs, a raspberry farm near Bowdon, and a woman who makes candles out of soy near Chaseley. This insightful, half hour documentary will show just what can be done with the will and a little know-how.
