 Site R5 is at the bridge on Cass County 20. R5 is 0.7 River Miles downstream (north) of the Fargo Wastewater Treatment Plant discharge point. TMDL (total maximum daily load) limits are being set for this stretch of the river to address concerns for ammonia and organics (relatively high levels of organic material and relatively low levels of dissolved oxygen).A meter is used to determine the level of dissolved minerals in this sample of Red River water from R6. |
